Excellent in every way!
Responsive, professional, fair price, clean car and safe driving. We booked with Leonardo at least 6 months before our trip. He was always quick to respond and happy to confirm as the trip approached. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and a half, arriving late at night causing a conflict in his schedule. Rather then leave us stranded, he found another driver for us. What a relief! He also provided us transportation a second time. Saved the day with early morning pickup!
Leonardo was fantastic for our family trip to Lake Como and Milan from the states. We were traveling with our toddler so had many bags... he made accommodations for a minivan and a car seat for us. Much appreciated! He was timely and his van was spotless. We also had a very early pickup in Milan for MXP dropoff. He was available last minute and arrived promptly at 6am the next morning.
